At Integrity Biolabs, we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience. This policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, expected delivery timeframes, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Carriers & Options

We offer standard shipping for all orders. While the specific carrier may vary by destination and capacity, your order will be handled with care and efficiency.

Processing Time

We prioritize fast processing. Most orders placed on business days are packed and handed to the carrier within hours of purchase. During peak periods or events outside our control (e.g., severe weather), processing may take up to 1–2 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping may be available on select offers and promotions.

  • Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and cart contents.

Delivery Timeframes

In most cases, if you place your order today, we’ll have it packed and ready to ship within a few short hours. Once your order is on its way, you can generally expect to receive it within 3–4 days.

Please note: Remote or limited-access areas may experience slightly longer transit times. Peak season or carrier disruptions can add 1–2 business days.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. Use that link to follow your package’s progress to your door.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:

  1. Save any packaging/materials (for damage claims).

  2. Email us at support@integritybiolabs.com with your order number and a brief description (include photos for damage).

  3. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement at no additional cost when warranted.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an addressing issue, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply).

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Pre-Orders & Backorders (If Applicable)

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders/backorders will appear on the product page or at checkout. We’ll email updates if timelines change.

Returns & Exchanges

Packaging & Sustainability

Orders are securely packaged to arrive in excellent condition. We continually evaluate eco-friendly materials and right-sized packaging to reduce waste without compromising protection.
