At Integrity Biolabs, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we've made our return and refund processes as easy and hassle-free as possible.


90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Eligibility:
We proudly offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all supplement products from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, customers must:

1. Provide proof of purchase and order details.

2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the remaining product.

3. Return any remaining product, regardless of condition, in its original packaging.

Return Shipping:
We don’t currently offer prepaid return labels. You’re welcome to use any shipping carrier you prefer. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed, so we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Partial Refunds:
Refunds may be issued in full or in part depending on the amount of product used, the time elapsed since purchase, or the condition of the returned product. Refunds for opened or heavily used products may be reduced accordingly.

Limitations & Exclusions:
Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

1. Products purchased with discount codes or promotional offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Subscription orders or recurring shipments.

3. Requests where required documentation or photographic evidence is incomplete.

Integrity Biolabs reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria or where refund abuse is suspected. All refund decisions are final.

Shipping and Fulfillment:
Orders are processed promptly and shipped as quickly as possible. While shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions, we aim to provide timely delivery and clear tracking information so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued for orders that have not yet shipped, for orders that have been successfully delivered, or in the rare event that an order is confirmed as lost in transit or experiences significant delay.

Limitations on Refunds:
We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are still in transit, unless the item has been confirmed as lost. Additionally, orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Requests for cancellation or refunds based solely on change of mind or dissatisfaction cannot be honored once the order has shipped, but may be eligible if the item has been delivered and qualifies under our money-back guarantee.

Refund Process:

Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us with the details, and we will ensure you receive the correct, high-quality product you expected.
